💼 About This Role

You'll join a specialized customer-facing AI team at Databricks to build and productionize cutting-edge GenAI applications. You'll own production rollouts and serve as a trusted technical advisor. This role offers the chance to shape product roadmaps and present at conferences like Data + AI Summit.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions using latest Mosaic AI Research techniques
• Own production rollouts of consumer and internal GenAI applications
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to customers across domains
• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap priorities

📋 Requirements

• Experience building GenAI applications with RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning using HuggingFace, LangChain, DSPy
• Expertise in deploying production-grade GenAI applications including evaluation and optimizations
• Extensive years of hands-on industry data science experience with machine learning tools (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch)
• Experience building production-grade ML deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark for large-scale distributed data
• Graduate degree in quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
