Description

You will support the development, analysis, and administration of global compensation and benefits programs, including benchmarking, salary range management, annual cycles, and wellbeing initiatives. Collaborate across regions with HR partners to ensure accurate data and consistent employee experience in line with Payoneer's Total Rewards philosophy.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities
• Foundational understanding of compensation fundamentals
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deliverables
• Clear communication skills and comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support global market data collection and job matching for compensation benchmarking
• Assist in building and maintaining global salary ranges and supporting tools
• Contribute to annual compensation cycle including data validation and reporting
• Support global and local benefits administration and wellness programs
• Maintain job data accuracy and assist with compliance and audit requests
