You'll own financial forecasting and in-season strategies for a growing DTC business, maximizing revenue and margin. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to guide allocation and inventory decisions, driving continuous improvement in planning processes.

  • Develop and execute pre-season and in-season financial plans by SKU, category, and collection.
  • Lead weekly and monthly reporting with actionable insights for leadership.
  • Analyze business performance across sales, inventory, and margin; identify risks and opportunities.
  • Own store allocation strategies and in-season replenishment for optimal inventory flow.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of Merchandise Planning or Allocation experience in omni-channel or DTC retail.
  • Advanced Excel skills for large dataset analysis and dynamic reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset to translate data into business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to present to and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
