You'll own the strategy for scaling Addi's Field Sales channel to acquire high-quality SMBs across Colombia, driving mass acquisition while maintaining unit economics and risk controls. You'll lead a multi-city hunter team, optimizing productivity and conversion through data-driven rituals.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver annual acquisition plan and target volume of active new SMBs
- Scale and sustain hunter sales force across all target cities
- Drive channel to meet annual New GMV run-rate requirements
- Maximize monthly output per hunter for peak channel performance
- Optimize end-to-end conversion rate and hunter capacity
๐ Requirements
- Multi-city, multi-layer field team leadership experience
- Mastery of daily/weekly rituals and pipeline visibility
- Territory strategy and coverage model expertise
- Salesforce (or equivalent) literacy with strict forecasting discipline
