💼 About This Role

You'll work alongside an Investment Analyst and Private Lending team to ensure the loan cycle is seamless. You'll communicate daily with borrowers, lenders, and other parties via phone, text, and email. This fully remote role offers monthly bonuses and requires working in Philippines time zone.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and track original collateral loan files
• Board loans with appropriate 3rd party loan servicer
• Prepare notices, memos, and other documents such as VOMs and LOEs
• Facilitate loan payoff requests

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English with comfort on camera/video calls
• Knowledge of U.S. residential real estate and lending
• Expert level skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to follow lending protocols and guidelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in residential real estate lending, escrow, or title
• Ability to learn web-based software systems quickly
• Bachelor's degree
