As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Contentful, you will design, build, and deploy ML solutions for a large-scale content management platform, focusing on generative AI. You'll optimize model accuracy and scalability, integrate cloud solutions, and lead technical decisions while driving ML excellence within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical leader in product software development
• Track record in developing and deploying LLM-based models for NLP tasks in production
• Ability to work backwards from customer needs to deliver ML-based features
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with container frameworks like Docker or Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality output of ML workloads for enterprise customers
• Design, build, and measure production software in the Contentful Platform
• Conduct focused research and testing using tools like Jupyter Notebook
• Optimize generative AI products for accuracy, speed, and scalability
• Lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders
