You'll work full cycle deals from demo to close for a high-growth fintech company changing the retirement industry. Your core impact is helping small and medium-sized businesses offer employees a path to financial independence through retirement savings. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Work full cycle deals from demo complete to close.
  • Research and target companies using prospecting tools.
  • Build and manage a pipeline.
  • Learn and demonstrate the platform to new prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and record activities in Salesforce.

📋 Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding your quota.
  • Experience working with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses.
  • Must be located in Pacific time zone.
