💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical success of enterprise customers adopting Crossplane and the Upbound platform. You'll drive end-to-end implementations from post-sales handoff to production, delivering control plane architectures and platform engineering patterns. This role combines deep hands-on work with strategic influence on product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical success for enterprise customers through production adoption.
• Design and deliver Crossplane-based control plane architectures.
• Build reference platforms and implementation accelerators.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point and coordinate resources.

📋 Requirements

• Kubernetes expertise with operators, controllers, or add-ons.
• Background in platform engineering or SRE building Internal Developer Platforms.
• Experience across at least two major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) at production scale.
• Strong Go programming skills.

• Crossplane power user with contributions to core or provider ecosystem.
• Active Kubernetes community involvement (contributions, talks, maintainership).
• CKA or CKAD certification.
