You'll own and scale digital advertising programs on Meta and Google for vertical SMB audiences at a fast-growing AI company. You'll drive end-to-end pipeline performance and hands-on creative strategy to turn a nascent program into a highly performant growth lever. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own performance end-to-end across Meta and Google.
• Build evergreen programs from a nascent starting point.
• Lead creative strategy and execution with high velocity.
• Optimize the full funnel from lead to pipeline to revenue.
• Get in the weeds with sales to troubleshoot lead quality.

📋 Requirements

• 4–7+ years performance/growth marketing experience.
• At least 3 years hands-on-keyboard paid social (Meta required).
• B2B experience strongly preferred.
• Track record building paid social programs from the ground up.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, or YouTube.
• SQL proficiency.
• Hands-on MarTech tracking (pixels, server-side, GTM, CAPI).
