💼 About This Role

You'll lead operational excellence for our broker-dealer entity, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to design scalable workflows. Your work will directly impact how advisors and clients experience a seamless financial platform. This role offers the chance to drive automation and AI adoption in a high-growth fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the broker-dealer operating model including supervision and service workflows
• Map, redesign, and standardize core processes like client onboarding and KYC/AML
• Translate operational needs into product/engineering roadmaps and drive delivery
• Define and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and implement strong controls

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of progressive operations experience in fintech or financial services
• Direct exposure to broker-dealer operating models preferred
• Hands-on experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams in a high-growth startup
• Proven track record of reducing cycle time and error rates through workflow redesign

✨ Nice to Have

• Strong understanding of FINRA broker-dealer operations
• Active Series 7 / 79 and 66, Series 65, Series 24, CFA or CFP
