💼 About This Role

You'll operate and maintain pellet mills to ensure optimal feed rates and pellet quality at the world's largest producer of sustainable wood pellets. Your work directly supports producing a low-carbon alternative to fossil fuels. You'll troubleshoot equipment and perform QC testing in a fast-growing, purpose-driven energy company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain several pellet mills for optimal feed rates
• Monitor pellet quality and adjust rolls/dies as needed
• Perform equipment inspections and document results
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude demonstrated
• Proficient in mathematics and measurements
• Ability to read data and trends for process adjustments
• Proven record in upholding safety standards

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least two years of manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
