You'll support Airbyte's open-source data movement platform, helping developers troubleshoot APIs, connectors, and integrations. You'll be the voice of the customer, influencing product improvements with real feedback. This role offers direct impact on product roadmap and scrappy AI-native environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to customer issues via email, ticketing, and video calls.
• Triage and prioritize issues, meeting SLA targets with AI tools.
• Debug complex API, connector, and data pipeline issues.
• Document bugs and reproduce issues for engineering fixes.
• Support embedded platform customers with OAuth, tokens, and connectors.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical support or developer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman or cURL.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ELT/ETL.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Python, Java, or Kotlin and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes or Docker and multi-tenant architectures.
• Background in B2B SaaS developer-facing products.
