Description

Lead multi-disciplinary test systems programs from inception to completion. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, and ensure alignment with EVM objectives. This role involves coordinating with program leadership, finance, and sub-IPMs to drive execution across technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or advanced degree with reduced experience
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience (or 7 with advanced degree)
• Experience with EVMS, Program Management, and Test Systems Engineering
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, EAC, and financial performance
• Active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion
• Act as Integrated Program Manager overseeing multi-disciplinary sub-IPMs
• Manage cross-functional test teams (Project, Electrical, Software, Mechanical Engineering)
• Oversee administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects
• Execute Earned Value Management (EVM) and analyze program data to optimize performance
