💼 About This Role

You'll join Verkada's Technical Support Engineering team, working with cloud-managed IoT technology to support enterprise clients. You'll tackle real-world challenges alongside full-time engineers, troubleshooting complex issues and contributing to system design. This 12-month placement offers hands-on experience in a high-tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot complex network, hardware, and software issues for Verkada platform
• Provide customers with best practices for system design and integration
• Communicate technical concepts to customers verbally and in writing
• Own customer issues from start to finish ensuring resolution

📋 Requirements

• Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical discipline
• Coursework in computer networking, Linux, computer systems, or Python
• Ability to communicate complex technical matters orally and in writing
• Willing to work onsite five days per week in London

• Industry certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or Network+
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
