💼 About This Role

You'll join Umoja's Analytical Development team to support Lentiviral Vector testing using molecular and cellular assays. Your work will directly advance gene therapy pipeline through routine testing and method development. This lab-based role offers hands-on experience with automation and AI tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with method development and execution for gene therapy products
• Perform routine testing using ELISA, qPCR, ddPCR, flow cytometry
• Manage sample submissions in Benchling and ensure timely data turnaround
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Informatics, QC, and Process Sciences

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field with 2+ years experience
• Hands-on experience with ddPCR, qPCR, ELISA, or flow cytometry
• Skilled in data analysis using Excel, JMP, FlowJo, Prism, or R/Python
• Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in Louisville, CO
