🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily maintenance tasks like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment and systems.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents through repairs, painting, and cleaning.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a residential or apartment complex.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
