💼 About This Role

You'll assist the site leader in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, deploying baristas and delegating tasks to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience. You'll ensure order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery to customers. This role contributes to Starbucks' success by modeling standards and maintaining a calm demeanor during high volume.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods
• Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating the environment
• Communicate information to manager for team response
• Assist with new employee training and provide coaching feedback
• Organize opening and closing duties as assigned

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant
• Ability to work fluid schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Willingness to learn and adapt to current technology needs

✨ Nice to Have

• 1 year of leadership in a cafe preferred
• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred
• Starbucks or other fast-paced cafe experience preferred
