You'll address concerns about reputation metrics, build trust, and encourage best practices. This hybrid role offers the chance to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage with providers and service companies throughout their customer journey.
• Deliver support via cases, phone, and community channels.
• Address provider concerns about reputation metrics and build trust.
• Promote marketplace quality and product adoption through education.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing) for US team interaction.
• Night shift commitment (8pm-5am).
• Proficiency with Google Suite tools.
• Comfortable making and receiving calls in a fast-paced environment.
