Description

You will own the commercial strategy for critical active components like RF Modules, ICs, and Memory. You'll serve as the primary interface between Engineering, Finance, and the supply base, driving cost reductions and supply resilience while influencing design decisions to ensure commercial viability.

Requirements

• 7+ years in sourcing and supply chain management focused on RF, IC, Memory
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or business; Master's preferred
• Demonstrated negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience with global supplier management and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish Sourcing Strategy Decks for RF, IC, and Memory categories
• Establish and maintain a Preferred Vendor List to guide Engineering
• Drive cost reductions through Total Cost of Ownership approach
• Embed with design teams during concept phase to influence component selection
• Host Sourcing Forums and Supplier Tech Days to bring supplier innovation to engineering
