You'll serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare projects, starting with a 2M+ sq ft facility at Mayo Clinic. You'll translate planning concepts into actionable designs and collaborate with project teams to optimize solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical expertise in programming and planning for healthcare projects.
• Participate in user group meetings to collect program needs and assess space utilization.
• Communicate planning concepts through verbal, graphic, and written reports.
• Assist in developing architectural drawings and specifications for construction.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of related experience with at least 2 years as a subject matter expert on healthcare projects.
• Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
