Requirements

• 0-3 years experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related role
• Hands-on experience with marketing or CRM systems
• Strong builder mindset and curiosity for how systems work
• Comfort experimenting with new tools
• Interest in AI-powered workflows and automation

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain marketing automation workflows in HubSpot
• Support campaign execution including email builds, list creation, and QA
• Identify and automate manual processes using AI and integrations
• Own day-to-day operations in CRM and marketing tools
• Troubleshoot system and data flow issues
