💼 About This Role

You'll work as a technical leader for Deel's core security platforms, advancing defense-in-depth and protecting sensitive data in a remote-first global environment. You'll own the lifecycle of multiple security solutions like EDR, SWG, CASB, ZTNA, and DLP. This role is crucial for ensuring adherence to global regulatory frameworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as SME for EDR tools, optimizing configurations and threat detection rules.
• Configure and manage SWG, CASB, ZTNA policies, troubleshooting end-user issues.
• Improve SaaS security posture with SSPM tools, collaborating with application owners.
• Manage DLP policies across endpoint, network, SaaS, and cloud assets.
• Run vulnerability management programs for endpoints and servers.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity
• Hands-on experience with EDR, SWG, CASB, ZTNA, and DLP tools
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like MITRE, NIST, CIS, ISO27001, or SOC
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders to rollout enterprise security solutions
