Description

You will lead a team of supervisors to ensure daily delivery operations, achieve KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across regions. This role serves as the central operational link between field execution and strategic planning, handling daily coordination and incident resolution.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience leading operational or logistics field teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and resolve incidents in real time
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting tools (CRM, Google Sheets, Tableau, Superset, Power BI)
• Conversational English (B2 or higher)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 10 Supervisors, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Ensure achievement of key indicators: completed deliveries, punctuality, customer satisfaction
• Resolve operational incidents in the field to maintain daily continuity
• Implement new procedures and communicate operational updates clearly
• Plan and manage ambassador coverage, route assignment, and territory distribution
