💼 About This Role

You'll integrate, test, and fly autonomous drones to bring Spatial AI to life. As part of a deep-tech startup, you'll turn advanced designs into real-world, field-proven solutions. Early team, high impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Integrate hardware and software to achieve flight readiness
• Fly, test, and deploy drones from quadcopters to fixed-wings
• Conduct qualification and development flight testing
• Identify bugs, propose improvements, and evaluate fixes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on drone assembly, tuning, and operation
• Completed technical apprenticeship or Bachelors in relevant field
• Familiarity with QGroundControl and Mission Planner
• Experience with Ardupilot and PX4 flight control software

• Command line and basic scripting skills
• Data analysis including log interpretation and root cause analysis
• Soldering and electronics troubleshooting

📨 Hiring Process

Intro call (20 min) with Chief of Staff, then technical interview (45 min) with Drone Software & Test Specialist.
