💼 About This Role

You'll act as a bridge between business and technology for digital payment and wallet solutions. You'll map customer journeys and define end-to-end processes for tokenization and push provisioning. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital payment experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for digital wallet solutions.
• Map end-to-end business processes and customer journeys for tokenization and onboarding.
• Support integration requirements with payment platforms and ensure alignment.
• Produce BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst in digital financial services.
• Process mapping and workflow documentation experience.
• Knowledge of push provisioning and digital wallet ecosystems (Google Wallet, Apple Wallet, Samsung Wallet).
• Experience with payment platform integrations (e.g., Pismo).

• Experience with VDE SDK implementations.
• Knowledge of tokenization and digital card lifecycle management.
