Description

You will work cross-functionally to improve the provider experience by blending strategic thinking, analytical skills, and relationship development. You'll manage projects, analyze data, and develop executive communications to drive initiatives that support Service Operations, Network, and Claims teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in strategy and operations, consulting, or related field
• 2+ years experience delivering projects/programs independently and within a team
• Experience using data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and program improvements
• Successfully executed enterprise-wide initiatives including project plan definition and implementation
• Healthcare experience or SQL proficiency (bonus)

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end including project plans and stakeholder engagement
• Generate insights by analyzing data and metrics and developing departmental metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholder groups to formulate implementation and communication strategies
• Proactively identify next steps and draw conclusions from analyses
• Develop executive-level communications to convey impact of Provider Experience Strategy
