Description

As the PKPD Lead, you will develop the quantitative pharmacology strategy for drug discovery projects and champion model-informed drug discovery using cutting-edge AI models. You'll work with both small molecule and biologics projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality clinical candidates.

Requirements

• Experience in PKPD modeling and quantitative pharmacology
• Expertise in biologics and small molecule drug discovery
• Proven ability to collaborate with machine learning teams
• Strong scientific leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience with CRO management and regulatory document authoring

Responsibilities

• Design and implement quantitative pharmacology strategies with an AI-first approach from target identification to pre-clinical development
• Provide scientific leadership and integrate PK and quantitative pharmacology strategies for biologics projects
• Develop advanced PKPD models for biologics and small molecule projects in collaboration with DMPK and Pharmacology Leads
• Partner with Machine Learning colleagues to integrate PK/PD aspects into drug design platform
• Maintain and develop close relationships with CRO network for data generation and model development
