Description

As a psychotherapist at BlueSky Telepsych, you'll provide high-quality mental health care via telehealth, collaborating with a team of clinicians and prescribers. You'll have the autonomy to practice in the best interest of your patients without corporate interference, with caseloads that build rapidly.

Requirements

• Fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.)
• Open to licensing in alternative states
• Significant prior clinical experience as clinical psychotherapist preferred
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Autonomy in patient-centered practice
• Manage rapidly building caseloads
• Collaborate in team-based format with prescribers and therapists
• Attend regular staffing meetings (at least monthly) for case discussions
• Coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers
