You'll drive growth and performance of a high-impact enterprise sales organization focused on complex cybersecurity solutions. You'll lead top-performing account executives, shaping strategy and execution across a high-value region. This role operates at the intersection of AI-driven security innovation and sophisticated enterprise sales, engaging directly with C-level executives.
π― What You'll Do
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- Own full regional P&L responsibility including revenue forecasting and territory planning.
- Drive enterprise sales execution using structured methodologies like Command of the Message and MEDDICC.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with CISOs at Fortune 500 organizations.
π Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales leadership with at least 1+ year in management.
- Strong track record of leading teams through complex, long-cycle deals (6-9+ months).
- Deep expertise in enterprise sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDICC.
- Experience selling to C-level stakeholders particularly CISOs or CIOs.
