You'll act as a leader in delivering exceptional client service and sales within the branch. You'll grow a consumer and business lending pipeline through deep client relationships and conduct outbound calls and networking. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead exceptional client service and sales within the branch.
• Grow and manage a consumer and business lending pipeline.
• Conduct outbound calls and participate in networking activities.
• Consult with clients to recommend products and services.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 4+ years of banker or client relationship consultant experience (Required).

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced knowledge of retail banking products and policies.
• Experience with complex account types (trust, guardianship).
• Ability to analyze credit data for lending solutions.
