Description

In this role, you will lead strategic planning, operational cadence, capacity planning, and performance management for the admissions funnel at a fast-growing virtual behavioral healthcare company. You'll drive key initiatives to improve conversion and efficiency while working cross-functionally to expand access to life-saving care.

Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience with 3-4 years in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• 3-4 years in Strategy Ops, Business Ops, or GM roles at high-growth startups (health tech or marketplace preferred)
• 2+ years of direct management experience
• Experience with strategic planning (OKRs) and running business reviews
• Highly proficient in Excel/GSheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly and semi-annual planning processes including OKRs and initiative prioritization
• Build and maintain dashboards for core admissions KPIs (conversion, staffing, SLAs, productivity)
• Run weekly business reviews to identify variances and drive action plans
• Forecast demand and manage capacity planning, hiring targets, and workload balancing
• Lead cross-functional special projects to improve conversion, speed-to-admission, and efficiency
