💼 About This Role

You'll step into mixed-age Montessori classrooms to support children ages 0–6 and maintain a calm, nurturing environment. Your work ensures smooth transitions and continuity of care when full-time teachers are out. This on-call role offers flexible hours and a path to full-time teaching.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Step into classrooms as needed to maintain consistency
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities
• Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children
• Collaborate with school staff for smooth transitions

📋 Requirements

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Valid state background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with young children
