๐ผ About This Role
You'll act as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers, accelerating their adoption of the Datadog platform. You'll drive product adoption and maturity assessments for enterprise accounts. This role combines deep observability expertise with consultative customer engagement.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as technical advisor to 3 primary enterprise accounts.
- Lead enablement and adoption sessions tailored to customer architecture.
- Analyze IT operations environments and recommend improvements.
- Deliver technical business reviews and account maturity assessments.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, SA, SRE, DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with two public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Terraform).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD and containerization (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools.
- Previous experience as a TAM or Solutions Architect.
- Consultative insight into monitoring and observability.
