As a Staff Back-end Engineer on the Capacity and Performance Engineering team at Coupang, you will design and develop large-scale system architectures and microservices to ensure high availability and performance, driving innovation in the Korean e-commerce industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Backend Engineering
• Experience with Java and Spring Framework or high proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python)
• Experience in Microservices Architecture development
• Experience in large-scale system architecture design and development
• Bachelor's degree or higher
