Description

You will lead the commercial relationship and strategic direction of a major retained studio engagement, owning the health of the partnership, shaping the commercial model, and setting priorities for a dedicated team. As the primary client contact, you will navigate organizational complexity and ensure our model evolves with AI-driven changes in content production.

Requirements

• 10+ years in client-facing leadership roles at an agency, production company, or embedded studio
• Direct experience with subscription, retainer, or output-based commercial models
• Track record of managing senior stakeholders in complex organizations
• Financial fluency in margin, cost-per-unit economics, and volume-based pricing
• Comfort leading a high-performance team without micromanaging

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationship across a retained, multi-regional content production engagement
• Shape and steward the commercial model for the engagement
• Set strategic direction and translate client priorities into actionable mandates for the team
• Own P&L performance, including margin health, pricing strategy, and commercial sustainability
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities through expanded scope or new service lines
