Description

You will lead BRUNT's end-to-end supply chain strategy during a period of aggressive growth, ensuring infrastructure stays ahead of business needs. Responsibilities include defining long-term vision, optimizing distribution networks, managing global supply planning, and leading high-performing teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of supply chain or operations experience, ideally as VP/SVP at high-growth e-commerce, retail, or consumer brand
• Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain: supply planning, inventory segmentation, logistics, distribution
• Experience managing 3PLs, scaling fulfillment networks, and navigating high-growth environments
• Proven leadership experience building and mentoring high-performing teams
• Ability to operate seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution

Responsibilities

• Define long-term supply chain vision and roadmap spanning global supply planning, logistics, distribution, sales operations, wholesale partner services and reverse logistics
• Establish and manage new supply chains for category, channel and geographical expansion
• Optimize distribution network from single-node to multi-node, oversee transportation strategy and 3PL performance
• Lead decisions on systems, tools, partners and data infrastructure (OMS, WMS, TMS, supply planning, reporting)
• Build, lead, and retain a high-performing supply chain and customer experience team
