You will lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems, supervise engineering staff and contractors, and ensure efficient and safe building performance. Your role involves coordinating preventive maintenance, overseeing service contractors, and collaborating with tenants and property managers.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Five to seven years industry-related experience
• At least one year supervisory or mentoring experience
• CFC certification preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, energy management software, CMMS

Responsibilities

• Monitor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment condition
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Oversee service contractors and ensure compliance
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians
• Conduct regular building inspections and address deficiencies
