💼 About This Role

You'll join the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) support team, providing first-level technical support for critical communications systems. You'll ensure 24/7 response and restoration for systems like SITAWARE, NCOP, and JCHAT. This role offers direct involvement in NATO's secure infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for LDOC Systems.
• Respond to and restore LC2IS, NCOP, LOGFAS, and other incidents within SLAs.
• Support Cisco WebEx, MS Teams, and hybrid event platforms.
• Provide end-user device support and video wall/matrix interface support.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years post-related experience with higher vocational training or 4 years with secondary education.
• Experience in MS Windows Server, Active Directory, and MS SQL Server administration.
• Practical experience in diagnosing network deficiencies and associated equipment.
• Knowledge of IT network infrastructure support, including backup, restore, and diagnostics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CISCO WebEx and MS Teams support.
• Familiarity with UHF TACSAT Radio systems.
• Knowledge of NNMS (NATO Network Management System).
