🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the AI agent roadmap with measurable success metrics
• Build and lead a small, high-impact team of engineers
• Contribute hands-on to prototyping and coding
• Establish evaluation frameworks for agent performance

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years in engineering management
• Strong hands-on coding in Python, Go, or TypeScript
• Experience building production systems with agentic or automation workflows

• Experience building developer tooling or internal platforms
• Familiarity with agent frameworks or orchestration systems
• Startup or early-stage team experience (0→1)
