You'll join a Consumer Group within a national investment bank, working on M&A, IPOs, and advisory transactions. You'll build financial models, create client materials, and support senior bankers while managing deal teams. This role offers full exposure to live deals and client interaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform day-to-day functions for advancing a transaction
• Develop business valuation and financial models
• Create transaction and client marketing materials
• Support senior bankers in business development and execution

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years minimum experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and market tools
• Willingness to work long hours, nights, and weekends

✨ Nice to Have

• Series 79 or Series 63 licenses
• Proficiency with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Tableau
• Interest in the Consumer sector
