💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to grow within a fun, fan-centric retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and merchandising mix.
• Support inventory management and maintain store cleanliness.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage time well.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
