You'll run day-to-day operations and resource management for creative teams, ensuring the right people are on the right projects at all times. You'll own workflow, data integrity, and staffing to keep business units productive and balanced.

Requirements

  • Fluent/Bilingual English
  • 5-7 years experience in operations, resource management, or project management at a creative agency or production house
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional business units and stakeholder relationships
  • Hands-on experience with Asana, Monday.com, or Jira
  • High comfort level with Google Sheets for reporting

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project intake and handoffs
  • Serve as primary admin for core systems, open projects and manage metadata
  • Maintain source of truth data across platforms for real-time reporting
  • Staff creative roles matching skills, brand experience, and bandwidth
  • Source and vet freelance talent when internal capacity is exceeded
