💼 About This Role

You'll own regional demand generation strategy and execute integrated campaigns for Webflow's EMEA market. You'll drive qualified pipeline growth through localized programs, optimizing the funnel from MQL to closed-won. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, partnering closely with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver measurable revenue impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and execute regional demand generation strategy aligned with global GTM goals
• Develop integrated campaigns across paid media, events, email, and ABM
• Collaborate with Sales, SDR, RevOps, and Global Marketing teams
• Analyze and optimize funnel conversion rates using data-driven insights

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS or technology
• Proven success in EMEA markets and complex sales cycles

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluency in French, German, or another major European language
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau or equivalent
