Description

You will take a leadership role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend solutions at Payoneer. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable systems and ensure high-quality production deployments. You'll also contribute to engineering best practices and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 4-8 years backend engineering experience
• Proficiency in C#, Java, Node.js or similar OOP languages
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and database management
• Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and design principles

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, development, and production deployment of team systems
• Build scalable, maintainable backend solutions for complex scenarios
• Collaborate with Product, Design, DevOps, and other teams
• Improve engineering practices and code quality via code reviews
• Monitor production systems and resolve critical issues
