You'll lead a blended team of Customer Success Advisors and Technical Leads, driving adoption and retention across a defined customer segment. Your core impact will be shaping product roadmaps and ensuring customer needs are reflected across the organization. This role offers the chance to influence strategy while staying connected to real-world workflows.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a blended team of CSAs and TLs.
- Drive customer adoption, value realization, and renewal readiness.
- Serve as Customer Success product SME and influence roadmap.
- Engage directly with a select portfolio of customer accounts.
- Guide technical operations and oversee Jira ticket trends.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Proven track record of driving customer retention and adoption.
- Strong technical acumen and troubleshooting skills.
โจ Nice to Have
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Zendesk.
- Familiarity with clinical workflows or healthcare communication.
