You'll serve as an escalation point for complex issues, lead new hire onboarding, and develop knowledge base documentation to reduce support volume.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide in-person IT support to employees in the office
• Serve as escalation point for complex Mac and Windows issues
• Lead new hire technology onboarding and orientation sessions
• Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years supporting users in a Mac-centric corporate environment
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Okta
• Experience supporting AV systems and live events
