You'll champion semantic layer adoption for Anduril's enterprise data foundation, empowering teams from data scientists to business analysts. Your work directly accelerates AI-driven application development and ensures trusted, scalable data for IPO readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and define the enterprise semantic layer with cross-functional teams
• Develop data governance policies and quality standards
• Deliver enablement programs including workshops and hackathons
• Create training materials to empower self-service data consumption

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in data enablement, analytics, or architecture roles
• Proven ability to translate business problems into semantic model specifications
• Hands-on experience with data platforms like SQL, Python, Tableau
• Experience with Master Data Management principles

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry or similar platforms
• Experience in defense or manufacturing industry
• Background in building data communities of practice
