You'll own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for the US market, driving outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Your core impact is converting activity into qualified meetings for Account Executives while building a repeatable outbound rhythm within the first 90 days. You'll work directly with SourceFuse's GTM team as they stand up their internal sales development motion.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Run high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria and book meetings
  • Hand off qualified demos and discovery calls to Account Executives
  • Maintain clean, accurate records in CRM

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1 to 5 years in sales development, business development, or inside sales
  • Background in SaaS, cloud, AWS ecosystem, or IT services sales
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) for US buyer communication
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
  • Prior experience working with US-based clients remotely
