๐ผ About This Role
You'll own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for the US market, driving outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Your core impact is converting activity into qualified meetings for Account Executives while building a repeatable outbound rhythm within the first 90 days. You'll work directly with SourceFuse's GTM team as they stand up their internal sales development motion.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Run high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria and book meetings
- Hand off qualified demos and discovery calls to Account Executives
- Maintain clean, accurate records in CRM
๐ Requirements
- 1 to 5 years in sales development, business development, or inside sales
- Background in SaaS, cloud, AWS ecosystem, or IT services sales
- Fluent English (written and verbal) for US buyer communication
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
- Prior experience working with US-based clients remotely
