Description

You will provide client service support to producers and commercial clients, assist with new business presentations and renewals, and help resolve claims issues. Your role includes leading renewal timelines, marketing accounts to carriers, and coordinating proposals to maximize client retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work collaboratively and accept coaching
• Maintain continuing education for licensing

Responsibilities

• Field telephone inquiries about coverage and insurance contracts
• Assist in resolution of claims issues with carriers
• Lead renewal timeline process including marketing to carriers and negotiating rates
• Coordinate preparation of renewal presentations and proposals
• Assist with new business marketing and proposal preparation
