You'll design and optimize GTM workflows across the full funnel, from lead capture to pipeline progression. Your core impact is building scalable automated solutions and introducing AI-driven use cases like prospecting and personalization. You'll own the GTM system architecture and ensure clean data flow across the tech stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize workflows across lead capture, routing, enrichment, and scoring
• Identify bottlenecks and build scalable, automated solutions
• Introduce and implement AI-driven use cases across GTM
• Build and maintain workflows across CRM, sales engagement, and data tools

📋 Requirements

• Experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Sales Ops
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market processes
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and automation tools
• Experience working with integrations, APIs, or low-code/no-code tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest in or experience with applying AI in GTM workflows
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
